We’re Recruiting!

Dr. Josie Blagrave (University of California, Chico),  Dr. Scott McNamara (University of Northern Iowa), Henny Kupferstein (Saybrook University), and I are looking for autistic adult that use Twitter. We are interested in understanding how adults on the autism spectrum use twitter and how adults engage in physical activity. Conducting research on social media platforms is a bit of Wild West in terms of ethical protocol. To ensure that everyone engaging in our conversation knows that it is for research and responses will be analyzed, we are asking interested individuals provide consent.

We expect these conversations to occur weekly and will cover 3 to 4 questions per week. Questions will repeat some weeks; so if you miss one week, you might get a second chance to respond.

If you are interested or know someone that might be, please follow this link: http://bit.ly/AutStudy

We will be announcing the first conversation date and time very soon, find @amcdphd, @blagraveaj, @ScottMcNamara12, and @HennyKtweets on Twitter and use #AutStudy to follow along, or comment below.

 ... and with that...
