Abstract

Physical activity has been shown to be beneficial for an individual's health. Yet, evidence suggests that autistic adults do not engage in similar rates of physical activity compared to non-autistic peers. This presentation examines the physical activity experiences of autistic adults and presents recommendations from adults as to how to improve access.
